Materialized upon my graduation. Under the guidance of the esteemed Nohad Damous, I was led into the depths of hotel education.
Now, after thirty years of educational experience.
I have found the perfect opportunity to establish my own school and bring a new dream to life. Thus, the “Hospitality Professional’s Academy” was born. This institution is where I will channel my energy, along with the expertise of many fellow chefs and hotel teachers across various specialties.
